Jim Donovan is a professional and talented American news journalist currently working for KYW-TV. He also worked for WBNS-TV before becoming a morning news anchor at KYW News.

Before coming to KYW, Jim worked as a consumer reporter at WBNS-TV. He has also worked for NBC/3News and provided a report coverage of the ’96 Summer Olympics and World Cup Soccer. During this time, he was named the winner of a local Emmy award for Best Sportscaster.

It is known that Donovan was honored with an Emmy for “Browns ’92; The Next Step.” He began his journalism career as a sports director for WJON Radio. Later, he became a play-by-play commentator for both WVMT Radio and WEZF-TV.
